Max_Flex represents ION’s latest breakthrough in flexibility and stretchiness. What makes it stand out is the rhombus-shaped design of the lining, allowing for enhanced flexibility. Furthermore, it efficiently disperses moisture through small channels instead of soaking it up, accelerating the drying process
The key of the Seek Amp 5/4 Frontzip Westsuit is to have optimal heat retention due to ION’s Hot_Stuff 2.0 thermal lining in combination with the nice and warm Plasma_Plush 2.0. In addition, the I_foam neoprene allows more air to be retained, which improves heat retention.
The exterior linings are made from Eco_Stretch, utilizing recycled nylon fabric with stretch properties as good as conventional linings. It is only used for the black colour wetsuits. Also the I_foam with Oyster shell powder, replacing Limestone. This upgrade makes the wetsuit more sustainable while maintaining its superior characteristics. Thanks to the foamed structure with more air trapped inside and a lower density I_foam contributes to heat insulation and better flexibility.
With the little features like the drain holes, velcro leg loops and the water gate patches you can avoid most water in your the wetsuit even if you have some gnarly crashes. The novaskin helps you to keep warm in the wind chill.
Another feature that protects you from the cold is a small silicone print near the area around the front zip opening. This increases the connection between the flap and the rest of the wetsuit. With the zipper at the front and the tape on all seams, no water can get in and you can always perform optimally on the water!
